Return information

Returns are eligible for our products as long as you submit a return request within 90 days of purchasing the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging without damage. You must ensure you keep your order details in order to submit a returns request, This may include your order number. If your items are damaged or lost in transit, You may be required to submit both a description and photo/video evidence of said damage, or in the event of a missing item, you may be required to submit your tracking number (provided by email upon purchase).
